STEP First:
Open a new window. I had taken background as white. Go to Modify> Canvas >Canvas color. Select the white color.

STEP 2:
Now browse a image in which text is to filled. Resize the picture to the canvas size.

STEP 4:
now you Text what ever you want to write, here had typed IMAGE MATRIX and the color is in white. You may change the font size as per the width and height of the image size.

STEP 5:
after this you can select the Pointer Tool to drag the good view of picture effect to fall on the Text.

STEP 6:
Provide a Glow effect for the Text using Glow Effect Properties

STEP 7:
By Selecting Modify and make a flatten effect of the Image.

STEP 8:
finally you will have a Text filled with Image.
