Satyam Computer Web Development Services announced that the company will setup a new development and training offices that provide training to about 2000 jobs will be created in the cosmopolitan town of Geelong in Australia’s Victoria state. This is announced by the Satyam founder and chairman Ramalinga Raju on the meet of about the speaking at the future site if the development at Deakin University’s Geelong campus on Monday.
Geelong is situated far 70 km to southwest in Melbourne which is the capital of the state of Victoria.
John Brumby who is the State of Victoria’s Premier said that the new Satyam training centre which was announced by Satyam are expected to increase the state’s economy by around Australian $175 million web development annually within a decade. He also said that Satyam judgment vehicle that Victoria and regional centers like Geelong have to put forward big business around the state. The new centre will mirror the company’s campus-like facilities at the head office in Hyderabad and feature facilities for training, research and Web Development , a convention centre and housing.
